The VA / business owner relationship is a special one.  It is coefficient and synergistic.  It takes trust on both sides and depending on your willingness to delegate, your VA could be answering your emails in "your voice" or even have signing privileges for certain bills or bank accounts.  So trust and communication is paramount in this relationship.  You want to make sure that you are partnering with the right VA for your needs and as a Virtual Assistant, I want to make sure I'm partnering with my ideal client who 'gets it.'  My clients treat me as an equal, value my efforts and know in their hearts that I stand for them; I want what's best for them personally and for their businesses.  

To ensure we are each partnering with someone who values our goals, is ethical, trustworthy and is compatible with our work and communication styles, it is important to talk on the phone a few times to see if "we click" and if we want to move forward in a mutually rewarding relationship.

Here is my process:

1. Click here to schedule a short 20-30 minute get-to-know-you conversation. This really is just an opportunity to hear each other's voices and to get aquainted without going into anything too deep (processes, fees, goals, etc.) If there is a connection/fit/chemistry then we move to step #2. 

2. I will email you a page of assessment questions to help me understand your business, goals, what's not working, what you know you need help with, etc.

3. As soon as the assessment worksheet is returned, we schedule a longer, in-depth conversation to discuss your business, goals, communication styles, expectations, rates, processes and more.  Allow at least one hour for this call. 

4.  If we are not a fit, I will do my best to suggest other resources for your needs.  If we adore each other and choose to move forward in a partnership, I will send you my client welcome packette that will include everything we discussed, a client agreement, as well as a couple of other informational pieces for you to fill out at your convenience to help me serve you better.
Virtual Assistance is the best fit for solo and small business owners who don’t have the time, space, budget or a large enough workload to warrant hiring an in-house assistant.
