If I have been of service, if I have glimpsed more of the nature and essence of ultimate good, if I am inspired to reach wider horizons of thought and action, if I am at peace with myself, it has been a successful day. -- Alex Noble
Services
A Virtual Assistant can accomplish anything an on-site assistant does with a few obvious exceptions (like your filing). When partnering with a VA, you have someone who is not only your "right hand," or someone who is genuinely interested in your best interests and business growth, but also an assistant who usually does so much more than what would be expected or required of the traditional administrative assistant. As business owners, we are continually learning, growing and staying on top of technology and marketing trends. Many of us are great at copywriting, web site maintenance, blogs and social media marketing. A Virtual Assistant brings a wealth of value to you and your business.
Below is a partial list of the types of things I can help you with. I'm always adding to my areas of expertise and I also have a vast network of Virtual Assistants that I rely on as resources. If you don't see something on the list below, that doesn't necessarily mean that I don't provide it, so please ask. If I don't provide a very specific service (like bookkeeping), I can be a resource to help you find someone who is a great fit. What I really want is for you to receive the level of support you need, for a fair price and from a VA who has a solid business foundation so she can support you for a long time to come.

Two Retainer Plans
Retainer Plans*
Planned time dedicated to your business
The 10+ Retainer Plan
Retainer 1: Offers you 10 or more dedicated hours each month.
This retainer plan ensures that I set aside a block of time each month (minimum of 10 hours) dedicated to you and your business goals. This plan is for clients who are ready to commit to a long-term collaborative relationship and are willing to invest in their business' long-term success. We start with a minimum of 10 hours to make sure we have time to tackle your priorities and then customize to fit your growing needs. For your commitment of a larger block of hours, you enjoy a cost savings over the below retainer plan.

*Unused retainer hours do not roll over into the next month. Hours worked beyond retainer hours will be added to the next month’s invoice. Fees are due at the beginning of the month and include any overage hours from the previous month. I invoice on the last business day of the month and payment is requested within 5 days.
The 5-9 Retainer Plan
Retainer 2: Offers you 5-9 dedicated hours each month.
This plan offers a minimum of 5 allocated hours and is customized appropriately to fit your growing needs up to 9 hours per month. If your administrative needs are consistently above 9 hours per month, we would move you into the 10+ Retainer Plan where you will experience a savings for retaining more of my monthly hours.

Pay As You Go*
As-needed, one-off project work
Pay-Per-Project Quotes: Offers you ala-carte services when you need occasional support without the commitment of a monthly retainer.
Because I dedicate a block of hours every month for my retainer clients, I won't always have room in my practice for project work. I'm happy to discuss your needs based on my availability during the complimentary consultation. If I have room to take on project work, I'll gather information about the depth and scope of what you need done and get back to you with a quote.

*Pay-as-you-go fees are also paid in advance prior to commencing work. Significant changes in the direction or scope of the project may effect the initial quote.
If you are leaning toward a per-project based fee because you don't believe you have enough work to keep a Virtual Assistant busy in a long-term partnership, I'd like to encourage you to take one week to track everything that you currently do in your business, what you've been wanting to implement but haven't had time to and what you keep procrastinating and pushing to the back burner because you either have other priorities or you don't like doing it. By the end of the week you should have more than enough tasks that should come off your plate and handed over to an administrative expert. If you look at what you're currently doing and see the entire list as something you need to manage yourself, then you may not be ready to delegate, but you'll find that you will have freed up your time to focus on moving your business forward once you do.
"It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money — that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot — it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better." ~ John Ruskin
